USB wifi connector (HELP)

First of all i would like to say HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!

Sorry if i put this in the wrong topic..

Ok so i have a problem i have all the software downloaded and installed for my wifi usb connector so i open op pokemon and go to a center and try to connect to wifi..
Then if i wait while its connecting its say it has full green bars
and after 2/3 seconds its turns red bars(means bad connection or no connection at all)
And then it says connection failed or something like that :S
Please help me !

the same thing happended to me! when i "borrow" my neighbors wifi when he left town, i go to the GTS, select a pokemon i wanted to trade, and it disconnects me! my router at my house doesnt work on my DS at all, only my Wii. if any of the other posters know what the problem for my router is too, can you reply?

i had my router gave me no connection aswell
Or ure router doesnt support the ds or a virusscanner,firewall blocks it.

FIXED I just restarted my pc after installing and it works fine now!

By any chance, was the error code you got 52003 or something similar? As I experianced this code earlier today and was woundering if it was related.

on a side not the wifi connector has caused me nothing but trouble, if you havnt got one yet and were looking into it, I'd advise looking for an alternative... or maybe its just nintendo server problems every time I go to use it..
