yea u dont need SD on a banded absol also on your EVs for some one you put 252 speed and 4 speed on the same guy you might have meant hp?

change Sword Dance to psyco cut
or switch you choise band to a life orb

1. He has a point, descriptions are a lot more useful, this is about the only forum that doesn't have them as a rule, which is why i don't come to the strategy section anymore.

2. Mixed tiers isn't too bad, the right sets on UU/NU Pokémon can work well in OU, i use an SD Absol myself. Uxie is also highly useful in OU.

3. Yeah...This team has no synergy, and if it does we don't know because of #1

Why have Charge Beam on a Nasty Plot Porygon-Z? Just go for Thunderbolt.

Why do you have return in slaking? use giga impact. it dose more damage and the turn you'd be recharging is the turn when you loathe off.

It would be useful if you weren't trapped while recharging.

its still better than return. slaking loses a turn anyway so this way your getting max damage and no turn loss aside from its terrible ability.
