i have two pika colored pichus and one has 31 attack IV's so i thought i would use it for a baby team

Pichu@Choice Band/Scarf
Jolly
252Atk/252Spd/4HP
Flail
Volt Tackle
Iron Tail
???

Flail is for when i switch in with low HP, volt tackle is for shear power and STAB, Iron tail is for coverage, and due to its low physical movepool, i am stuck on a fourth move im thinking return or headbutt (hen i get soul silver)
this is for singles

I would go for band because he needs more power and return would be the better choice unless you really want to have the flinch
