That Glaceon has a horrible set, it can't even learn Calm Mind, or anything else useful to baton pass except sub + Curse. You could always replace Calm Mind with HP Ground, give Espeon Calm Mind and Life Orb > Choice Scarf so it can set up its own Calm Minds behind a sub. Replace Signal beam as it gives 0 coverage with the set you already have. Also give it Timid Nature without a Scarf. And also, if you want a defensive pokemon Umbreon outclasses Glaceon entirely :/
The new set should look like this:

eeveelution Team Double Team Espeon
Espeon @ Life Orb
Timid Nature [+Speed, -Attack]
252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 SpD
-Psychic
-Shadow Ball
-Calm Mind
-Hidden Power Fighting/Ground

The Flareon set is standard Smogon.

Roar on Vappy is poop unless you're making a stall team as it doesn't profit your team at all, Muddy Water has less PP and accuracy than surf, replace it with surf. Repace Aqua Ring and Roar with Wish and Protect, and replace Acid Armor with Ice Beam, because with wish you can live a lot longer anyway, and ice gives great coverage getting rid of offensive grass types that threaten your team.

The Jolteon set is standard, give it Life Orb.

IMO SD Leafeon outclasses CB Leafeon completely, replace Aerial Ace with Swords Dance and the Choice Band with a Life Orb.
