| So here's this Rayquaza I'm training, strictly for PBR:
Rayquaza@Choice Specs Nature: Timid Ability: Air Lock EVs: 252 SpAtk, 252 Spd, 4 HP Moveset: -Draco Meteor -Fire Blast/Flamethrower/Overheat -Dragon Pulse -Surf/Thunderbolt Earth Power
So yeah, almost looks like ChoiceMence, minus the Hydro Pump. So I have Draco Meteor for the one-off hit, and then switch. I have a choice for a Fire-type move here. Consistency, High-risk high-return, or overwhelming power with a power drop. Then Dragon Pulse for a consistent STAB move. Then my last choice:
Surf to cover Rock/Ground/Fire-type who resist any of the other attacks. Thunderbolt for those pesky fliers, bulky Water-type, and Gyarados.
Earth Power is to hit Dialga and Heatran, which is the main reason for it.
Feedback?

| Lookin pretty sweet, but Rock, Ground, and Fire pokemon don't resist dragon moves... But Surf does have the best coverage alongside Dragon moves, so that is the best option, I would say. Especially since locking yourself into a Thunderbolt isn't the best idea.
Fire Blast is the best option in the second slot. 2 moves with -2 Sp. Attack drawbacks is too much, and Flamethrower lacks the necessary power sometimes to do enough damage to the next pokemon that comes in.

| I was actually trying to refer to Steelix, Aggron, and Probopass, but I get what you mean. And thanks for the ideas. I appreciate it.
Say, what's a good set for a Suicune with a Calm nature?

Say, what's a good set for a Suicune with a Calm nature? Suicune @ Leftovers Calm Nature 240 HP, 244 Def, 24 Speed Pressure ~Surf ~Ice Beam ~ Roar/ Roar~ Calm Mind/ Sleep TalkCalm mind shuffle is the first set or you can go with a standard restalker set. The EVs max Def, as most Suicune should do, and the HP gives you a leftovers threshold. If you have a 31 Speed IV, the 24 Speed IVs allow you to outspeed 8 Speed metagross and 0 Speed Rotom-A

| i dont know uber's very well, but i do know that Rayquaza is pretty much only respected for its Attack. i cant see that doing amazingly well no offense. there is not much room for originality in ubers | |

to tell you the truth i had absolutely no idea, but i do know that SD sweepers are very common and very hard to stop. i dont think a Specs'd draco meteor will OHKO a Lugia, and the weakening in power will give it the time to set up a Light Screen (once again, these are the only sets i know, so dont jump down my throat). a damage calc might need to used ^^

Def Lugia (252/0) a Timid, Max Special Attack, Choice Specs Rayquaza's Draco Meteor does 62.98%-74.28% damage. Meaning an easy 2HKO after SR. Lugia has to switch into your 1st Draco Meteor if you don't want to be owned by ice beam, though. However, a -4 Draco Meteor is just bait for a lot of set up pokemon in Ubers, like Calm Mind Kyogre, Swords Dance Scizor, Dragon Dance T-Tar etc...

| I could go for a mixed DD Rayquaza with this set:
Rayquaza@Leftovers/Life Orb/Lum Berry Nature: Timid Ability: Air Lock EVs: 252 Spd, 252 SpAtk, 4 Atk Moveset: -Dragon Dance -Dragon Claw -Surf -Fire Blast
What about this? | |

What about this? With this your mostly giving him special attack and no attack...the Dragon Claw wont do much even with the DD up.
