ok i was battling this person on ds now all he did was use the achion replay jut to get the pokemon he could not cach nor get in trade but yet handed rasied them from the lvl he got them by that i mean e ev trained by hand and lvled up by hand is that still cheating?

ok technically that is hacking it seriously doesnt matter though there is nothing wrong with legal hacking the pokemon have the same stats, movesets, etc

Well Can You Tell Me If He Used Pokésav To Make The Pokemon? Or Did He Catch Them At Random Levels In The Wild?

If he hack the moves or/and the stats then people get mad but if it just like evs and lvs people won't get mad because it hard to guess evs etc.
