Do it during that hour, and see how good they are, since all clan wars are DS, minus the rare PBR wars...
Or test them over a program where everything is 31 / 30 IVs, as well as the fact that shoddy isn't the exact same as the game, and there are never wars over shoddy (unless its an even rarer version than PBR)

Actually, you're wrong. No clan that i know of wars on PBR. Whereas about 40% of battles in wars are done on shoddy to save time. And on shoddy your pokemon are all 31/30 ivs as well, so it shouldn't matter. I also see no difference between DS and shoddy. Except for the 20% of people on DS who don't use rotom formes.

I can battle you when ever, but I'm not 100% on your question, kanrik hasn't told me all the info yet. if you want I can find out 100% and battle you tomorrow

There's no set number and If you want you can ask Kanrik but I doubt he will say yes.
