..I will explain it in the most easiest way possible, after that if you don't get it I have no idea what to tell you...

The idea is to create a youtube account run by Dan and I called UuttitanTV, where not only us, but other members will be able to upload onto the channel, not only to bring some attention to the forums, but also to those who are posting on the channel as well.

How Will you get out videos?: Thats where megaupload and the emailing comes in, because not only could you just send us the the video attached to the email of the description, but you can use the site megaupload and we can just download the video from there and put it on the channel, since only Dan and I will have the password.

Just using ti as a better example.

Like I said before, baby steps.
Take it one thing at a time, this was to make sure there was an interest for the channel, not for everything about it.

Having people with the best content and most subscribers content have priority (like the Premiere Director system on Machinima) thus a higher possibility for people looking at the channel ,and joined UT.

I'll stop with the suggestions, I can sense the frustration, that was just something I thought would help shape it out.

That was also part of the idea, not that I'm planning on shafting anyone aside, but that may be how things happen.
