This set is easily walled by Heatran and Blissey. Scarf Heatran can fire off a Fire Blast (or another Fire-type move) to OHKO Jirachi.

Blissey can wall it well and fire off S-Toss.
Magnezone can counter with HP Fire and trap it with Magnet Pull.
Steelix resists all of those moves as well and can EQ it for a 2KO.

Barring you use Draco Meteor, any Fire-type can switch in and OHKO (or 2KO) with STAB Fire-type moves.

This Jirachi obviously needs support if it were to ever be used to the fullest exrent.

signal beam = no... With jirachi's amazing movepool, there are better options. Thunderbolt, Psychic, HP [Ground], or HP [Fire] are all better options.

Thunderbolt for gyarados and bulky waters, Psychic for a STAB move that isn't resisted by 1/2 of the pokemon out there, HP [Ground] for the steels, specifically heatran that can switch into this set without much worry, and HP [Fire] for the same as the last reason, but for Scizor this time.

You desperately need HP Ground as you have massive problems with both steel and fire types.
