I play a lot of mixed tier battles, to I decided to make a fake-out lead that can also be used as a sub puncher later in the battle. It's really basic though.

Hmm... There is no need for Speed EVs at all. Focus Punch goes last anyways, Shadow Sneak and Fake Out have priority, and Substitute is for use on switches primarily and even when they don't switch, it allows them to attack you first so you can set up a sub for free without it being broken, therefore allowing you to softboiled up easily. May I recommend Sucker Punch over Shadow Sneak? It has twice the power and it works very well with Substitute.

I would take those 252 EVs in Speed and place them into HP if I were you.

Lol gd1. Uhhh yeah I always liked Kecleon, my favorite NU probably. From what I see everything that can be said about it has been said by Shnoogs (lol funny name pronunciation) Now just test it out on shoddy before you make it or anything.
