Serge's Team

So this is the new team I'm making...Basicly it's made of half OU and half UU pokemon...The tactic is rather simple but requires a LOT of foreseight of what the opponent is going to do... I start with fake out and bullet punch and then switch so I can fake out later on again... I switch depending on if I'm expecting an opportunity for my sweeper or if I feel like setting up my supporting walls...And that's about it...Oh and this was mostly a team that I chose because I wanted to try out a few UU pokes so yeah....



Adamant Hariyama - FAT ***
Item: Toxic Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 200 Def / 56 Spe
Moveset:
Close Combat
Payback
Bullet Punch
Fake out

So yea as said I basicly start with him, fake out, bullet punch and continue with close combat if there is the opportunity otherwise switching depending on the feeling... Sweet and simple.


Timid Porygon - Z - Error.exe
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Adaptability (I found that both abilities are useful tho so...)
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Moveset:
Tri Attack
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Hidden Power - Fighting

Considering this team is simple I can't say too much about Porygon - Z... He comes in when there's a chance, msot often when I have my Rotom out and I see a Gengar (to absorb the shadow ball)...Anyway it's pritty simple ye...



Timid Sceptile - Still Searching for a nickanme
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Moveset:
Energy Ball
Leaf Storm
Focus Blast
Hidden Power Ice

Same as Porygon-Z but he has to switch out more since Leaf Storm reduces his SpA drasticly


Impish Rhyperior - Panzer
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Solid Rock
EVs: 244 HP / 184 Def / 80 SpD
Moveset:
Avalanche
Earthquake
Stealth Rock
Roar

My first supporting wall...Basicly he setups up stealth rock and roars so I can switch into one of my sweepers...


Bold Rotom - H - TOASTY
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 Spe
Moveset:
Discharge
Shadow Ball
Overheat
Will-o-wisp

My Tank...he usualy comes in if the other 2 walls are occupied or cannot switch in for some reason, and he basicly does a lot of damage to steel pokemon which are pritty pesty but if nothing else he sets up a burn...


Bold Cresselia - LUNA
Item: Light Clay
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 148 Def / 68 Spe / 40 SpD
Moveset:
Reflect
Light Screen
Ice Beam
Moonlight

My other wall...this one is the annoying one...She sets up screens, and ice beams which does decent dmg to most other pokemon...from 10-50%. Light Clay is an obvious choice so that my screens last longer and that's about it....

The team is simple and sweet but any good suggestions are welcome. Feel free to rate 1-10 aswell

i don't think sceptail needs choice scarf all that much(he is god **** fast as it is + he has timid nature ... how do you say it in english... ! it is an overkill) you will be better off with choice specs... oh and about his name maybe Leaf-Jutsu or LeafRaptor or SZPON or U'R2SLOW!

I'm not sure the names will fit but I got a feeling that your close Oh and about the Choice Item, yea I know but I'm really not all that sure cause these days you do see a lot of Ninjask batton passes so he's kind of my last frontier but it is true that 50% choice specs (or is it 30?) + STAB + Leaf Storm = OVERKILL. All thats missing is a leaf dance so that leaves start falling out of trees and you get another 50% dmg for grass attacks lol

How about a little more description of why you chose each pokemon?

And you posted Hariyama twice in the team overview at the top

It was a spontaneus thing, I just kinda picked pokes that seemed useful ;P and errr what?

Nice team, but I think you should add in a good physical sweeper. If Hariyama goes down you shall be screwed by any Blissey's you may face.With only two physical pokemon on this team (1 being a lead off) Special walls can tear your team apart.

Yea I'm already working on that

I would recommend taking off the choice skarf on Sceptile. Also You probably need to get rid of Hyriama or Rhyperior for a faster Physical Speeper. And possibly change one of your special attackers to a mixed attacker. I would consider Infernape as a Mix attacker since he has good coverage in almost every types.
