Basically I lead with froslass and set up as many spikes as I can then go for the destiny bond after she is left with one hp. The rest is kinda played by ear. Comment and Rate thanks guys =D

Use this format. Besides that, put your lead up top instead if the botton and write the specific Evs. Many spreads are not just the simple 252 Spe and 252 Atk/Spa. also, you should have 6 Evs left over to put in HP.

Ok for starters, y do u even have choice band as an option on mence, if it carries roost and dd. For sceptile, y hp psychic? That's the most random hidden power. Use hp fire instead, unless uve already trained it, in which case find another move. Metagross needs speed evs if its going to be agiligross. Replace explosion with ice punch/thunder punch for coverage. It needs 132 speed evs so take them out of sp.defense, and put 112 in hp to decrease life orb recoil, and put the rest in defense. E-vire is better with expert belt, and give it eq over fire punch and cross chop over brick break for more power. EQ has better coverage and does more power against steels. If ur really worried about scizor and forre, give it fire punch. Also, you have no special wall, so I suggest replacing e-vire with 1. You can replace mence or gross if u want, but in my opinion, they should stay due to being more powerful and being able to do serious damage.

HP Ice offers much greater coverage then psychic. You can take care of some dragons and flying types.

Evs: 252 Atk/ 112 HP/ 132 Spe/ 12 Def You could just take out those defense EVs and add to say speed or hp if you really want.

Metagross is already a rather slow pokemon therefore I suggest just using smogon's standard Agiligross set, which is what I did. If you want to use Metagross as a primary sweeper for your team then definitely take out explosion in my opinion and add thunder punch or ice punch. If not then keep explosion. Also, I suggest life orb since rotom use seems to be dropping lately.

Salamence @ Life Orb, Choice Band **Dain
Ability- Intimidate
Evs: 252 Atk/ 252 Speed/ 4 Def
Nature: Adamant (+Atk / -SpAtk)

There is no point in even considering a choice band set if you want dragon dance and roost on there since any choice item locks you into a move until you switch out. so I suppose you can just use Life orb, I suppose everything else is okay on this set considering you're going a full physical set.

Electivire @ Expert Belt, Choice Scarf **Mah Fists!
Ability- Motor Drive
Evs: Atk 252/ 252 Speed/ 6 Hp
Nature- Adamant (+Atk / -SpAtk)
-Ice Punch
-Fire Punch
-Brick Break
-Thunder Punch
This is self explanatory, the only concern I have is that electivire is often shy of getting those KOs. However I suppose he'll be okay considering you have entry hazards. In my opinion refer to the smogon electivire page and go for a mixed electivire because you have no special sweeper or special attacker on your team. Also expert belt is much better on electivire since he has such great coverage.

A pretty standard set, I don't think I really need to help you on this one.

There you have my 2cents. Uhm, lets see here, in my opinion mixmence is always superior to ddmence and you desperately need a special attacker or you'll be walled to oblivion by physical walls.

Don't you mean Ice Beam > Waterfall? Razz

Also, you have no Water types to attract Electric moves to be directed to Electivire, so it'll be hard to get that Motor Drive boost. You can try Dragon Dance Gyarados over Salamence or you can have a Choice Scarf Azelf, it makes a decent revenge killer for a +1 Mence.
