| As most of you probably know, I suck at describing things. I'll try my best though...
Aerodactyl@ Focus Sash Pressure Jolly 4HP / 252Atk / 252Spe -Stealth Rock -Taunt -Earthquake -Rock Slide
I wanted a fast lead that could prevent the opponent from setting up Stealth Rocks and set up it's own. I also wanted it to be a good physical attacker. The obvious choice was Aerodactyl.
Sceptile@ Life Orb Overgrow Timid 4HP / 252SpA / 252Spe -Leaf Storm -Focus Blast -Hidden Power [Fire] -Dragon Pulse
Life Orb Sceptile can obliterate a lot of OU Pokemon. Sceptile can take out threats like Swampert and some Dragon-types to make it easier for my late-game sweepers to...well, sweep.
Starmie@ Life Orb Natural Cure Timid 252SpA / 4SpD / 252Spe -Surf -Thunderbolt -Ice Beam -Psychic
Starmie is a great help to my Machamp weakness. Starmie also works as a status absorber. I chose Surf instead of Hydro Pump because I don't like the accuracy. Psychic KO Machamp and the possible chance of getting a SpD drop is nice. It's also great secondary STAB.
Heatran@ Leftovers Flash Fire Calm 252HP / 252SpD / 4Spe -Flamethrower -Earth Power -Substitute -Will-o-wisp
Yes, it's surprising. I'm not using the standard ScarfTran set. Which makes it that much easier to use this set. If I know the opponent is going to use a Fire-type move, it's the perfect time to send in Heatran. They use the fire move and activate my Flash Fire. Expecting a Fire-type attack they should either switch to a Pokemon to resist it, or their own Heatran to get a Flash Fire boost. Instead of a fire attack, I use Substitute. They'll probably expect Heatran to Roar, so they'll keep their Pokemon in while I Will-o-wisp and cripple their Pokemon.
Magnezone@ Leftovers Magnet Pull Naive 40Atk / 252SpA / 216Spe -Substitute -Thunderbolt -Hidden Power [Fire] Hidden Power [Grass] -Explosion
Since Sceptile and Gengar lure in steel types, Magnezone is a great teammate. Plus after destroying most of the steel types, Salamence has no resisted attacks. I hide behind a sub to prevent status ailments. HP Grass is for Swampert and other Ground-types who love to switch in. Thunderbolt for basic STAB on everything else. I chose Explosion for the last slot because I fear Blissey with this team and I want to take it out with Magnezone instead of switching to Salamence because I don't want Salamence to get a ThunderWave to the face. It's also a great Jirachi killer.
Gengar@ Life Orb Levitate Timid 4Def / 252SpA / 252Spe -Substitute -Pain Split -Shadow Ball -Focus Blast
With Substitute and Pain Split, Gengar can easily defeat foes it couldn't normally defeat. Like Blissey, for instance. Plus, with Heatran using Substitute, he can lure in Ground and Fighting-type attacks that Gengar can switch into. It can also prevent opponents from blowing away Aerodactyl's Stealth Rocks. Gengar can lure in some steel types like Scizor so I can trap and kill them with Magnezone.
Salamence@Life Orb Intimidate Naive 80Atk / 252SpA / 176Spe -Dragon Dance -Outrage -Draco Meteor -Earthquake
I don't think many people use this set anymore. All the more better for me. With most of the threats to Salamence probably gone by now Salamence can clean up the rest of the opponent's team.
Constructive criticism is welcome.

| Sorry, I'm going to bed, but one thing... HP [Fire] on magnezone is a no no... A super effective Hidden Power is weaker than a STAB T-Bolt by 2.5 points, and Scizor cannot do anything to you. Sure it has Superpower, but most of them are choice banded, if not all of them, so come in on a Bullet Punch and set up a sub and 2HKO with STAB T-Bolt. I run HP [Grass] for all of the Swamperts that just completely <3 <3 <3 to switch into you, only to be met with a swift grass move to the face
You got that Sceptile set from the Smog 9 didn't you? haha
One other thing, most Heatran aren't scarfed now-a-days... It isn't too uncommon to see Sub Heatran, as that is a very popular set. The only difference is that most people think Sub-Tran has Toxic or Explosion, and that is when you can catch that T-Tar off guard. Props for using Will-O-Wisp, though. I've used it, too, with no Earth Power and Roar instead, and it is a great set.
I'd like you to test out Sub-Pain Split Gengar as it is truly a complete monster.
Gengar @ Life Orb Timid Nature... +Speed, -Attack 4 Defense / 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed ~Substitute ~Pain Split ~Shadow Ball ~Focus Blast
Perfect coverage with 2 moves, and the ability to take advantage of Blissey, Snorlax, and other Pokémon with high HP. Your set is good, but at least test this one... You won't be sorry =P
Wow, this turned into an actual rate hahaha

Wow, this turned into an actual rate hahaha Wow, thanks! I'll give Magnezone HP Grass instead. Yes, I did get the Sceptile from the Smog 9. I read about it and I liked the set, so I tried to make a team based around it. I actually did consider Sub-Pain Split Gengar, but I decided not to use it because I figured I'd use it wrong. I'll try and test it on shoddy, but I'll have to download it on to this computer (laptop) since my regular computer has a virus (the one that has shoddy). It should be fixed eventually...maybe...

| your team is pretty good and shnoogle already covered most of the problems. I would suggest switching one of your pokes for something like Bulky Gyarados, since it would give you water/grass/fire defensive core, and your heatran is bulky, which makes it ideal. I don't really have many suggestions, as your team is pretty solid.
P.S Join the UPL! | |

| Well, do you think I should use Life Orb Gengar or Sub-Pain Split Gengar? And if I switched out someone for Bulky Gyarados, who should it be?
I might join the UPL, as long as it has Shoddy.

| I would go for sub-pain split since with Magnezone on your side you have no need for HP fire and T-bolt. Who to replace....maybe Mence, since you would be replacing it with a dragon dancer. Oh and yes we support shoddy. | |

| Well, I'm gonna go with Sub-Pain Split Gengar. Meh, I think I'd rather have Mence. Alright, I think I'll go check out the UPL. | |

And a Focus Sash. Most people don't follow the item clause, so I'm not really gonna worry about it.

| This is an offensive team. Besides, Heatran is sort of wall-ish, and Gengar can take out some other walls. | |

oh and i agree with the taking out of sceptile, maybe replacing it with life orb starmie? Yeah. 5 members of your team are Infernape weak with sceptile. (if it has HP Ice)

| Well, I've been testing this team on Shoddy, and it does very well. My Heatran has surprised alot of people, and has been the MVP of alot of battles. I've only come across a few Infernape, and I handled them with ease. I haven't tried Life Orb Starmie over Sceptile yet. And I was also considering Vaporeon over Sceptile too. | |

| I use Starmie, a lot, but i and i use that same moveset, but a focus sashhelps it a lot more, say your opponent has a DD gyra, just send it out, it can survive its super attack, and 1hit with thunderbolt | |

| Just a little tip when battling...
You said that Gengar can lure in things like Scizor so Magnezone can take them out. 90% of the time Scizor will be using Pursuit, so if you predict the Scizor switch in, switch right out to Magnezone so it's trapped and your Gengar is still alive
