I don't know about you guys, but I'm starting to get sick of this summer heat. I thought it was suppose to get COOLER once the end of summer was coming, but noooo, it gets hotter. Its ok though, our Pokemon of the Week didn't melt, in fact, he's still quite Icy.
Uuttitan Forum's pokemon of the week brings you the Icy Titan himself (or itself, idk); Regice!
~~~ To alot of people, its already common knowledge that Regice is commonly used as a special wall with the ability to fight back. Which is where our first set comes from.
The Basic Charge-Ice
The Strategy: To nail your opponent with Charge Beam while your getting the possible special attack boosts. After you get enough, you more or less have the Bolt Beam effect, Charge Beam being the bolt, Ice beam being the Beam...although technically they are both "beams"...
Nature: Calm (Sp. Def +, Attack -) [IF I REMEMBER RIGHT] EVs: 200 Hp, 160 Def, 150 Sp. Def ~This gives it decent defenses from both ends of the attack spectrum, weather it be physical or special. @Leftovers
Charge Beam: The Charge in Charge-Ice. This move gives the special attack boost it will need to Sweep.
Ice Beam: Stab, and the Beam in BoltBeam. Charge Beam kinda replaced Thunderbolt in this set. So really its more of a BeamBeam idea. Either way, its good coverage and a great stab move for Regice.
Rest: The only form of recovery move that Regice has. Its good if you have Chesto Berry, or in the case of this set...
Sleep Talk: To allow you to attack while your sleeping. Ha, you see what I did there? Either way, it does use a random move, but its got a good chance of attacking. The thing is that, you must remember that after 2 turns, Regice wakes up, so using Sleep Talk would be a bad idea.
Thunder Wave: The best way to stall sometimes, to Para-hax the crap out of your opponent. This is a good move to use if you want to gain a larger edge on an opponent.
Focus Blast: What better way to get rid of annoying Ice, Steel, and Rock Types? KA-BLAST'em out of your way with a Focus Blast. Just hope you don't miss.
Now, for a very special set, I reveal the inner workings of my Physi-Ice, GlassCanon!
Curse: The backbone of my Phsyi-Ice. This move boosts its Defenses as well as its Attack stat, making its Stab Ice Punch all the more deadlier once it gets it's setup.
Ice Punch: The stab in this move set, its a pretty powerful move for being Ice and Physical.
Earthquake: This is the move I liked. It gets rid of 3/4 of Regice's main weaknesses; Rock, Steel, and Fire. Sure you still have that Fighting type in your way, but I'm sure Ice Punch can handle it...
Brick Break: Ok, I'm not 100% sure if Regice can learn this...but it would be a great choice because it still does heavy damage to Steel types, and can also get rid of other Ice Types that get in your way.

I made a guide about it some time ago it explains several things about how to get a certain Nature on a pokemon If you still have qeustions pm me

Its not really a big deal, but i just think that avalance would be begter than ice ounch because considering speed drops, it will be slower anyway so avalanche might be a better move, but thats about it. Nice movesets and i especially like the first 1, rest and sleep talk with charge and ice beam is a real nice strat.
