Im not really good at making teams. So my descriptions are very short.

Ledyba is basicially the Dual Screener. It uses swift to damage both of the oppenents and Roost to heal. The Oran berry is to heal additionally so Ledyba can survive.

Stealth Rock is to damage the other pokemon. Aqua Jet is for some priority and to hit hard in tricky situations. Toxic is to spread status too!

Nuzleaf is the pokemon who does everything it can until it can't so it explodes!

Is there any other pokemon recommended for LC? I need a ghost type to be Nuzleaf's Exploding partner and 2 other pokemon.

only 1st form pokemon can be used, so you would have to use seedot

Toxic SUCKS in LC because at level 5, so much damage is done from each attack that resisted attacks can take off 20% of a pokemon's health if the attacker is a relatively weak attacker. Thus, toxic is a waste and you should go with waterfall instead. Leftovers is also not the best option, only giving you 1 HP max each turn on kabuto, and therefore oran berry is the superior option.

So you need to play around with the shoddy battle team builder (you plug in EVs and it tells you the stats it grants at a specific level) to determine the proper EVs, as you are reallllly wasting EVs right now

I havent done a little cup team but Magnemite seems like a good pokemon for it

Its ment to be a special sweeper, thunderbolt for stab or charge beam for stab and power boost, flash cannon for stab, hidden power ice to get a good coverage with thunderbolt for the BoltBeam coverage. Last slot is more of a filler. Magnet rise protects from ground, swift for easy attack, substitue just to have some protection
